About COOFIA Financial Support
COOFIA funds its operations through compensation from winning claimant disability awards, through grants, from the sale of COOFIA products such as the Social Security Self-Defense Guide, through in-kind donations, through donations via third party transactions such as purchases on eBay, and through direct donations via PayPal and cash contributions. All proceeds from the sale of COOFIA products or donations received are used to support the organization directly and are not used to compensate any member of the advocacy team. The California Office Of Federal Insurance Advocacy is a not-for-profit volunteer disability services and advocacy group, and as such, donations to the organization may be tax-deductible.
